If you have not
received your PIN and Password, please request this information from
COPF by performing the following:

Visit the MEMBERS
page on the COPF website |
| 2) |
Use the SEARCH
feature on the MEMBERS page to locate your organization |
| 3) |
If you are using
the "full" view to view the member listing: |
|
|
click on the MEMBER: REQUEST
PASSWORD link located in the CONTACTS section of your organization's
entry in the listing. |
|
If you are using
the "abbrev" view to view the member listing: |
|
|
click on the name of your
organization, which is a link to the all the information pertaining to
your organization. |

At the bottom of
the page that appears, which represents all the information pertaining to
your organization, you will find an area for MEMBERS ONLY.
Enter your e-mail address and click on the REQUEST PASSWORD button. |
